Biography: David Rouch, PhD is a Professor at Ohio Northern University (ONU) where he is in his 31st year of service on the faculty in the Department of Technological Studies (DTS). The DTS houses majors in Manufacturing Technology, Robotics, and Construction Management. Prior to his experience in Higher Education, he served 5 years as a high school teacher and athletic coach. His service at ONU includes 16 years as department chair, 16 years as chair of the Educational and Professional Studies division of the College of Arts and Sciences, and serves as the interim director of the ONU Center for Teacher Education. Professionally, David has served on the Board of Directors for the International Technology and Engineering Association, Secretary on the Council on Technology and Engineering Teacher Education, and is currently serving on the Epsilon Pi Tau International Honorary Board of Directors. His special interests are in the areas of STEM, CAD, 3D printing, and Robotics.
