ExhibitsExhibits are now full for the 2012 Convention.Letter to all exhibitorsDear Exhibitor: The Greater Edmonton Teachers Convention Association (GETCA) welcomes you to its 85th Annual Convention on, March 1 & 2, 2012. We would like to encourage your participation as an exhibitor at our 2012 convention. Over 8,500 delegates from Edmonton and Fort McMurray will provide a tremendous market for your products and services. At GETCA 2011, Exhibit Applications were distributed to attending exhibitors. Our intention is to make the 2012 convention as fine an educational display as in previous years. Your support and early return of your completed and signed application, disclaimer and contract for exhibitor service along with payment will make this possible. Booths are already filling up. We would appreciate all Exhibitors information and full booth payment by December 31, 2011. Upon receipt of your completed and signed Application, Disclaimer, Contract for Exhibitor Services, and exhibitor’s fees paid in full, a display area will be assigned to you. You will receive an email confirming space allocation and receipt of funds. Before an exhibitor’s application can be approved for process the application, disclaimer and contract for exhibitor services must be completed, signed and submitted along with payment. A non-refundable $50 deposit on space is included in the exhibitor fee. Based on the success of last year’s convention and interest shown to date, we anticipate that the Exhibitor’s Hall will be full by early November. To ensure the space you require I encourage you to reply early.
