We would be pleased to consider your application to attend the Greater Edmonton Teachers’ Convention in February 2012 if you would do as requested below:
Please ensure that all of the fields on the application form are completed accurately and fully. Failing to do so may delay or cause to cancel your application as an Out-of-District Delegate to the Greater Edmonton Teachers’ Convention. Please note that applicants from the Northwest Territories need not include a membership number.
Provide us with a money order or certified cheque as per the following schedule. Your fee will be dependent on when you post mark your envelope containing the above mentioned application form.
$250 per delegate before February 15th
$300 thereafter and on-site at the Shaw Conference Centre
After you register, the treasurer will send you an email that will tell you where to mail the Fee for registration
