Neufeld, John (Mr.)

John Neufeld is a journeyman welder and teacher at Harry Ainlay Composite High School for the past 8 years. The focus for this program as he guides students is to have fun, discover a new environment and try something new. The success of the program is a result of building relationships and creating a "unique culture" within the shop. Students are encouraged to "play" in the shop within the safety guidelines.
